On the Market: 155 15th Street
Eleven units at the South Slope development at 155 15th Street just found their way onto StreetEasy, with asking prices ranging from $475,000 to $810,000 for one and two bedrooms. It looks like some listings went up earlier this year, with slightly higher asks, but were pulled a few weeks ago. What do you make…

agreeance about the bathroom overkill, people these days must have some seriously loose sphincter muscles to need that many available bathrooms! makes sense considering how they are getting buttraped when it comes to prices.

The 2 bedroom layout had three bathrooms…three…..ugh !!! I would rather have the extra space in the kitchen, and better closets. A 2 bedroom apartment does not need three bathrooms, that is a total waste of space. I think a walk in closet is more important than a master bathroom, at least the closet gets used 24/7/365…a master bathroom doesn’t…
Not a bad building. I actually appreciate the restraint in the design. There are a lot of eyesore that are the result of people trying to be too creative. It’s neutral, which is way better than ugly. Also the spaces are nice, and the views surprising. Good choices with the interior materials, finishes, and appliances.
Karma or God?
Both are figments of our imagination.
we went to see this one the same day we went to see 226 15th street and they’re pretty comparable. the finishes are slightly nicer here, but the prices here are a LOT higher which is crazy. i’m sure that’s why 226 15th is almost sold out and this place is just hanging around. we didn’t love either enough to make an offer, but the prices here lead me to believe that some crack is being smoked. also, i heard the developer had some kind of big fight with the broker (elliman), although i don’t know the real dish behind that. the units do come with a gym membership, though!
Feh. I have seen better and worse. Too bad they tore down a a church for the condos. Karma’s gonna be a bitch for folks who live there…
What an attractive building. Such creative architecture.

Am I missing something? The units a block over on 16th St that seem to be similarly outfitted went for significantly less…
