Halstead is pitching the six units ranging in price from $430,000 for a 683-square-foot one-bedroom to $849,000 for a 1,352-square-foot two-bedroom (this one’s in contract already)….

I’ve been wondering about this place since I almost moved to that block in 2007. I saw they had some new signs up recently and wondered if people were going to start living there soon.
