  1. New York City will see lots more buildings fall down, with the rate increasing exponentially as time goes on.

    Most of the brick and mortar tenement buildings in this city were not intended to last over a hundred years.

    The idiotic rent control/stabilization laws are largely to blame for our detiorating housing stock because since WWII it’s been nearly impossible to vacate old buildings in order build new ones. . .
