Rental listings have popped up for 110 Broadway, the blue striped building that was still under construction when we took a look at it a couple months ago. Eleven units are currently listed, running from $2,000 a month for a one bedroom up to $2,500 for a two bedroom; there are 39 apartments all told. Some of the perks include a doorman, laundry on every floor and covered parking. Doesn’t seem like unreasonable pricing for a new Williamsburg development.

two bedroom price is i guess… good.. why cant the one bedroom be lower? the price differential is stupid. it’s like one bedrooms and studios in this city are always designed for couples!
*rob*
stargazer – at those prices, will rent out right away. let’s bet?
the fridge is absolutely way too small, looks stupid. the bedroom is teeny tiny. cant even fit a dresser in there….
hate the ceramic tile in the kitchen area, then the wood floor, the whole floor should have been wood.
thumbs down, and what with the blue tape on the outside, not pretty, not pretty at all………………
Step One: Remove painter’s tape.
