The warehouse at 34-39 56th Street, between 37th Avenue and Broadway in Woodside, just sold for $2,150,000. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates announced the sale to Video Concepts, a staging, creative services, interactive media, and event planning business. The company is relocating and expanding from its space in Astoria. The new Woodside space has 9,700 square feet over two stories and eight parking spaces — the building underwent a full renovation by the Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association, then it was taken over for wholesale wine storage. The building was last used by Eurocraft Stone, a marble manufacturer. Kalmon Dolgin brokered for both the seller and the buyer. GMAP
