Closing Bell: The Ghost of Queens Past

For all those who are as obsessed with historic New York photographs as we are, we highly recommend checking out the Ghost of Queens Past Instagram account. We only recently became aware of the account — it looks like it started up in late January — but so far can not get enough of it. There are images of transportation, old theaters, streetscapes, stadiums, you name it. Above, a photograph taken circa 1915 in Broad Channel, Rockaways.
