Another nice scoop from our friends at the LIC Post: Western Beef’s days may be numbered. At its LIC location anyway. The Western Beef store at Steinway Street and Northern Boulevard is on the market as part of a larger grouping of sites that is collectively on the market for $17 million. The property includes over an acre of land and comes with the right to build 117,000 square feet of commercial space. GMAP
