The View in LIC has sold 90% of its units

Curbed reports that The View – home to the most expensive penthouse condo (priced at $3.25 million, and it did get sold) in Queens – has now sold 90% of its units. Only 18 condos remain for sale in the 184-unit high rise. If you’re curious about what’s left, check out the available units on The Views’s website. Two and three bedroom condos are left, as is one of the 3 bed/3 bath penthouses.
