The Industry and Sky View Parc were two best selling buildings with most units sold in 2012

Over on Commercial Property Executive, they have a chart listing the top selling buildings of 2012. Two Queens luxury condo buildings are in that list, very nice. There’s The Industry in LIC (GMAP) and Sky View Parc (not Park) in Flushing (GMAP – not Corona Park). Sky View Parc sold 74 units for a median price of $545,000 and The Industry sold 64 units at a median price of $525,000. Nice job.
