Rendering for 10-Story Hotel Under Construction on 40th Avenue

Here’s what is coming to 29-12 40th Avenue, right off 29th Street in Long Island City. Another hotel! Not all that far away from this one. Or this one. A Department of Buildings application states that there will be 10 stories and 76 units. It’s designed by Michael Kang Architect, who is all over LIC these days. No word on the hotel operator.
