Curbed reported on a new glass tower supposedly coming to Queens Plaza South in LIC. It’s displayed on the Raymond Chan Architect site, but without an address (though many of the building renderings on their site do include an address, which adds to the mystery). It’s going to be a 15 story, 415,400 square foot mixed use development, though it is categorized on the architect’s site as Commercial. We think it looks pretty cool, what with all those colorful elements.

A cursory look at the DOB turned up nothing, so we’ve asked some local LIC in-the-know folks and will see if they know anything else. We’ll bring you more info as we get it.
