Crescent Grill coming to 38-40 Crescent in Dutch Kills, LIC

We thought we’d check back in with the progress at 38-40 Crescent Street (GMAP). Updated Department of Buildings record indicate the place will be called Crescent Grill, with an occupancy of 140 persons. This plan exam was approved on January 8, 2013, so it really sounds like it’s on its way. It also looks like previous plans and applications have been approved, too.

We have no confirmation as to what kind of food they’ll serve, though with a name like that it sounds like it could almost anything. We’ll ask around, and continue to keep an eye on it – stay tuned!
