A 33,000-square-foot retail space with 82 feet of frontage on Jamaica Avenue is available, with potential to build up to 45,000 square feet. Currently, the property is divided into three different retail properties at 164-02 Jamaica, 164-04 Jamaica and 164-08 Jamaica, but the owner is willing to build to suit for the right tenant. According to the Jamaica Center BID, there’s a pedestrian count of at least 86,000 per day along Jamaica Avenue and a visitor count of 260,000 per day to downtown Jamaica.
