There’s some chatter regarding the Vin C Hu Tower, the new condo building at 84th Street and 37th Avenue, over at Jackson Heights Life. Details still seem pretty scarce, but here’s some info on the pricing from a JHL commenter:
I have the offering sheet. Cheapest unit is $344k for 1br/1bath (564 sf) all the way up a 2br/3bath (which struck me as odd) at 1556 sf that’s asking a cool $1.09 mil. That’s the aberration though… there are 3br/2bath units just under 1000 sf that are asking around 600k. Still, throw in taxes, common and carrying charges and it’s fairly pricy.
If anyone’s actually checked out the interior or knows of online listings, hit up the tipline! UPDATE: Here are some more details, from a tipster: “9 apartments each floor… one of the apartments on the top floor is a duplex/penthouse. That must be the 2BR, 3 Bath.” UPDATE #2: From another tipster, “The basement has 14 parking spaces for cars, 13 bike parking spaces, and the laundry room.”
