This 1935 Jackson Heights two-family may not be in the historic district (few of the houses are) but it’s sure got lots of historic details, including moldings, arched doorways, and what looks like the original bathtub. We’re not crazy about the new bathroom tile, but it looks clean and functional. What do you think of the place and the price of $888,000?
