Curbed is running its annual Curbed Cup, a competition to decide the New York City neighborhood of the year. Yesterday afternoon, Jackson Heights was put up against Midtown West. Here’s what Curbed has to say about one of our favorite neighborhoods in Queens: “While it’s not the development hotbed that Midtown West is, Jackson Heights does seem to have the genuine affection of its residents, which might be more than you can say for its glassy, skyscraper-y counterpart.” Currently, Jackson Heights is beating Midtown West, but just barely. You have until later this afternoon to cast your vote!
