Not cheap at all, rent should be a little less, probably negotiable. Not sure if this is FH proper, or borderline Rego Park. Sale price would be between 650-700k.
Cheap compared to what you could sell it for, I think.
The rent is too high, IMO. $36k a year is better put towards home, co-op or condo ownership, no?
