The Parc Hotel Pushes Opening Back to March

The Parc Hotel, located at 39-16 College Point Boulevard in Flushing, is set to open in March. The date’s pushed back from the initial ETA of February. Queens Courier reports that the building is now in its final phases of construction. Once open, the hotel will boast 96 guest rooms and suites, floor to ceiling windows, valet parking, complimentary breakfast, a private rooftop lounge 13 stories above street level and a dog spa.
