Commercial Building in Flushing Sells

Massey Knackal announced the sale of 42-08 College Point Boulevard, a property between Sanford and Maple Avenues in Flushing. It sold in an all-cash transaction for $3,400,000, which equates to approximately $420 per square foot. According to a press release, this property “consists of split-level floors containing approximately 4,050 square feet each, for a total of 8,100 square feet. The upper level contains executive offices as well as open bull-pen style office space. The lower level consists of office space as well as a work area. The building was built in 1955 and remains in good condition.”

According to the Massey Knackal broker in charge of the sale, the buyer will use this building for their own business. GMAP
