Apartment of the day: Forest Hills lease takeover, 2 bedroom for $1300

It took a while, but the hunt paid off. We found this two bedroom apartment on the E, F, V Forest Hills Subway stop and near the LIRR. The lease holder is moving away and needs someone to take over. Score. As you can see from the photos, the place looks beautiful. Forest Hills is a great place to live and though it’s far out on a map, with the express subway it is only a few stops from Manhattan. Austin Street has great shopping, from wine stores to bagel shops to glasses stores. Whoever gets this place will be one lucky duck.
