Closing Bell: Astoria Art Festival Kicks Off Tonight, Lasts Through October 6th

The Astoria Art Festival returns tonight for its second year. The kickoff party will be held at Hell Gate Social, 12-21 Astoria Boulevard with an after party at Sparrow Tavern, 24-01 29th Street.
