I just found out that there was another tour in June 1st. The Victorian Flatbush tour resumed after a very long hiatus. It’s a shame that it was the same day as our tour and that it was not publicized. If it continues next year I hope we can coordinate dstes to avoid conflicts.

Thanks for this comment Cate. I’m glad that we had a chance to chat during the tour. I was stationed in my next door neighbor’s house. i anticipated a beautiful renovation because it took about a year and a half, but the result was beyond anything I’d imagined. They moved walls around, but reused most of the original woodwork. The roof deck and the nee, but original-looking staircase are fantastic and I couldn’t believe what they did with the cellar.
