Sick house! Porch is great with that octagon bump out. Backyard is gigantic - possibly the biggest in the area if you exclude the few Victorians with double lots. So nice to have a place with this much original detail intact that is in move-in condition. Would love to have pics of the loft space and the basement.

Building of the Day: 351 Washington AvenueI lived at 351 Washington ave while a studying at Pratt 1987 to 1990 , at the time the house was owned by Arcadia Sampedro of Ponce , Puerto Rico she lived to be a 100 and aquired the house in the 1930s she rented the rooms to students and working people , she was a mother to many of us .❤️
