Condo of the Day: Triplex at the Prospect Mews
Here’s a building we’ve never discussed: The Prospect Mews at 155 Terrace Place in Windsor Terrace. The exterior of the 1990-era building is inoffensive but bland while the grounds appear to be well-kept. The lobby is pretty painful in a faux-traditional way. (Check out those crown moldings!) Here’s a building we’ve never discussed: The Prospect Mews at 155 Terrace Place in Windsor Terrace. The exterior of the 1990-era building is inoffensive but bland while the grounds appear to be well-kept. The lobby is pretty painful in a faux-traditional way. (Check out those crown moldings!) The 3-level, 3-bedroom apartment appears to have been recently redone. The asking price of $699,000 for the 1,225-square-foot apartment looks reasonable when lined up against the most recent sale, a 1,031-square-foot place for $551,200. Who’s familiar with this building and its immediate environs?
Windsor Terrace 2 BR Plus Den [A.D. Shaye] GMAP P*Shark
This apartmentm was sold for $675,000 back in June 2007. Why was it still listed even after the close? Seems like classic bait and switch on the part of the Broker
I went to an open house last weekend for another apartment and the building itself reminded me of a suburban apartment complex. The interior common spaces looked like an early 90s holiday inn. yuck.
This is listed every week on NYtimes.
I looked at it months ago and was told by the realtor when i called back less than a week later that it was already sold.
??
I have a group of friend who used to/still do live there. It’s a nice building, people-wise, and it used to be all rentals. My friends mentioned that they were going to start renovating and selling off the apartments, but I think my friend (who’s rental) is going to try and hold out forever. Plus, one of her neighbors is a part owner of Union Hall.
The outdoor space should add a bit of premium compared to other apartments that may not have this amendity. Yes, I know Prospect Park is only two blocks away, but it’s still nice to have your own little piece of private space.
The condo also have its own gated parking lot.
This building is almost pretty when compared to the ugly townhouses being built next door.

yeah i moved to windsor terrace from park slope about 3 months ago. it is quiet but possibly to quite.
it’s a condo, not a coop
I know the area, very residential, key food and a few shops within walking distance. Walk to Prospect Park West for a few restaurants and bars. Great neighborhood but very quite. I think the 600 sq ft one bedroom for 455,000 in the same building on the market is a little overprice.
