We’re digging the vibe at this old-school Art Deco building overlooking Prospect Park. Orrichio Anderson calls 135 Prospect Park SW “Windsor Terrace’s most coveted elevator building” which doesn’t sound like a stretch to us. There’s no doorman but there is a live-in super and laundry facilities. As for the apartment, it looks to be very nice in an unfancy prewar kind of way, though, as in a lot of places, the kitchen is nothing special. And the price? Dunno. How does $349,000 sound to those of you in the market?

  1. i would personally love to see a listing or two of an example of a center and north slope 1 bedroom of similar size for 350K.

and to compare prosepct heights to windsor terrace is not quite fair either. i would much prefer wt over ph, personally.

  2. it seems to me as if people on this blog are more focused on apartments in the $1 million range … you’re perspective is a little skewed. of course “one bedrooms in prime prospect heights” are going for $350K, and sometimes more. nothing new about that. check out the major brokers listings. they are on there every day.

  3. that is a great price i just paid 450k 1500 sqr foot loft around 3rd 4th ave by carroll i am renovating it hot ! space
im going to surprise my wife when i tell here that we are moving out of our cramped greenpoint 1br

  4. i agree ed. and it seems that studios in the prime areas of brooklyn are getting at least 300K these days, so i’d also say that a 1 bedroom in an almost prime hood like windsor terrace seems like a good buy to me as well.
