This two-bedroom, two-bath duplex in Bed Stuy has plenty of original details, including hardwood floors, shutters and mantels. The kitchen, dining area and separate living room are all on one floor.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and a smaller room that can work as a home office. The one bedroom pictured has much smaller windows than the other rooms and the ceilings look fairly low.

Unfortunately, it does not have access to the yard, which is restricted to the lower duplex.

The house is near many of the new amenities popping up in eastern Bed Stuy, including Khemistry Bar, The Antagonist and Manny’s and one can still walk to the restaurants on Lewis Avenue. It’s about 10 blocks to the Utica Avenue A/C stop and six blocks to the Gates Avenue J/Z.
