Brown craft paper covers the windows of the former fabric store on 7th Avenue and Berkeley Place in Park Slope, and a tipster tells us when the paper comes down it will be… a real estate office. Let the growling begin. Can anyone out there confirm?

  1. Clover Club has tasty drinks, but a little to high-end for me. You are totally right – we need a bar. No, 11217, not a gay bar. All would be welcome of course, I just don’t want to feel self-conscious about being a straight fashion mistake when I sit down for a drink.

  2. I live on this block. I can’t really think of anything else I would rather have there. We pretty much have everything else we need close by. Might as well look at real estate porn (listings in the window) when I walk by.

  3. By the way, Lisa…this was a fabric store BEFORE it was Peek a Boo Kids.

They lasted about a year and just closed a couple months ago.

Previous to that, it was a fabric store…

    Just fyi…
