“Prime” means it’s actually in the neighborhood that’s named, not merely on the outskirts or somewhat sort of close to it.
i’m so sick of the word ‘prime’ in these threads. like prime beef or something. what makes something ‘prime’ anyway?
supergirl – People have never moved there for the architecture!
As a Greenpoint resident and owner, I nominate Williamsburg.
Besides, it’s the truth.
If Williamsburg is so ugly, why do people want to move there?
How could they dare ask so much for a house that isn’t even prime Williamsburg, but essentially Bushwick.
Although Bushwick still has a lousy name for itself, there are some better looks homes here than in Williamsburg.
If the graffiti problem wasn’t so bad in Bushwick more people would stucco, or brick face their wood frame homes.
williamsburg is soooooooooooo fugly it literally makes me vomit–just a tad–in my mouth.
theres no landmark district in williamsburg.
Greenpoint resident.
As a Williamsburg resident, I nominate Greenpoint.
