As one tenant in a double duplex, I applaud not putting the upstairs kitchen/living area over the downstairs bedrooms!! Looks like a nice place generally, although I can’t comment on the price. I can, however, comment on being dependent on the C train: I’d rather leave NYC than face that again.

It is kinda hilarious! Calling this Stuyvesant Heights and telling clients that the shady shelter on corner is being turned into a recreational center. Everyone is dying to live in BK – do they know they are in the stuy? A Mother hammered her kid to death around the corner (look it up), the pipe still get smoked openly and the schools are by and large garbage . The summer nights are still gangster on the streets Also C train a disaster and crap stores. Do or Die for 1.7 million?
