454 jefferson avenue bed stuy 22015

This two-family brownstone has original details but the floor plan isn’t intact. We see original mantels, pocket doors with stained glass, and exposed brick.

Set up as a double duplex, the four-story house appears to be in move-in condition, with updated kitchens and baths. It’s 16.67 feet wide, according to PropertyShark.

It’s near the armory and shops and restaurants in Stuy Heights. It might even be in coveted school district No. 12, but we’re not sure. Do you think it’s worth the $1,650,000 asking price?

  1. “No, Sandcastles, we don’t get kickbacks from brokers, and our editorial is also separate from our advertising. ”
If Brokers are giving Brownstoner Kickbacks, the should ask for their money back, LMMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. As one tenant in a double duplex, I applaud not putting the upstairs kitchen/living area over the downstairs bedrooms!! Looks like a nice place generally, although I can’t comment on the price. I can, however, comment on being dependent on the C train: I’d rather leave NYC than face that again.

    • It is kinda hilarious! Calling this Stuyvesant Heights and telling clients that the shady shelter on corner is being turned into a recreational center. Everyone is dying to live in BK – do they know they are in the stuy? A Mother hammered her kid to death around the corner (look it up), the pipe still get smoked openly and the schools are by and large garbage . The summer nights are still gangster on the streets Also C train a disaster and crap stores. Do or Die for 1.7 million?

  4. yes, same thing as a “kickback” just different packaging. Brownstoner is in bed with the brokers and developers one way or another. Real estate business as usual. Yes, it is insulting to those of us struggling to stay in this town that don’t qualify for Mr. Mayor’s low income housing.
