There’s not all that much to watch at the corner of 4th Avenue and Butler, maybe because a partial stop work order was issued in July. Still, plenty of permits have been filed with the DOB. The last one, on August 20th, proposed minor changes to the building, which will have 12 stories and 95 units, designed by the Oro’s Ismael Leyva.
