Dumbo is one step closer to preserving its historic architecture and scale with Community Board 2’s recent agreement to draft a letter to the Landmarks Preservation Commission in support of the creation of a local historic district. This comes after the Dumbo Neighborhood Association’s please to City Planning to limit building heights have gone unheeded.
