Saw an almost identical apartment in this building in Fall 2012. Only then, it was $560K, not $760K. But it was a very nice and clean layout, decent size bedrooms, nice light and large windows. Almost made an offer. Given the way prices have gone up in the last two years, this will probably get the asking price or more.
