After three weeks on the market, the years-in-the-making rental tower at 333 Greene Avenue was 50 percent rented, according to a spokeswoman for Aptsandlofts.com, which is handling leasing in the building. Rentals started in the building in early April.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom units range in price from $2,200 to $3,975. The 12-story, 56-unit building is located between Franklin and Classon avenues, so it’s very close to the Clinton Hill border. Also, every unit has some kind of outdoor space.

  1. I know that Brownstoner had a piece in 2012 that Classon is the border, but for clarity purposes, this area is not referred to as Bedstuy anymore. Right or wrong.
Making his point as I dont believe BEdstuy proper could have achieved such rental prices.

  2. I did not say its not BEdstuy. I specifically said, that Im only bringing it up as the headline can make one think studios on Throop and MArcus Garvey in Bedstuy go for 2k-3500. Thats all. No big deal.
Im sure we all can agree that Franklin in BEdstuy is a different world from East BEdstuy.
