Today on the Reno Blog: Bold Color for TV Room
We weren’t sure how this color would work out when Mrs. B presented it to us a few weeks ago, but now that we see it on the walls of the tv room, we are digging it. It’ll go perfectly with the vintage fuscia couch we insisted on buying. Bold Color Choice [Renovation Blog]

Bold Color Choice [Renovation Blog]
i’ve heard ben moore decorator white is a good standard
Great color choice. I too have a lot of trepidation about choosing wall colors. . . anyone have a suggestion for the ideal interior white?
also, isn’t posting about color (or, colour, which last time I checked is also correct) choices part of the process? the bitter poster has too much time on his/her hands to be making a fuss over room designations and european vs american spelling. keep up the good work and ignore the haters!
I agree, the bitter poster sounds like a loser with a chip on his or her shoulder. If you don’t like to read about renovating a historic brownstone, don’t surf the site.
I agree with brownstoner here – the “tv room” person is being ridiculous. how can you get offended when you’re looking at a renovation blog? The relative (for a blog) lack of snarky comments is what I like about brownstoner.
Aw c’mon, bitterness? Post about your “colour” selections for an entire week and you gotta expect a bit of a brush back.
Hey, it’s not like it’s a secret this is a 5-story house. We’re renting out a floor and a half, so yes, there will be a tv room, or a family room, whatever you want to call it. Some of the bitterness lurking in the shadows never ceases to amaze.
I guess with only 1 kid you can still have your “tv room” .. we call it our “family room” 🙂
