Fort Greene Carriage House Going Vertical

The other morning construction crews were working on the charming carriage house at 88 Portland Avenue, which is in the midst of getting a major face-lift. According to a DOB permit, the first floor commercial space and second floor dwelling unit are being converted into a community facility. There will also be third and fourth floor additions that will be used as a one-family dwelling. It looked like the interior was more or less being gutted. Anyone know more about this project?
