Construction Wrapping on 276 St. James

Work on 276 St. James Place in Clinton Hill is more or less finished, at least as far as its exterior goes. The new three-family was approved last September and started to reveal itself back in December with a design that seemed fairly underwhelming. Thoughts now that it’s pretty much a done deal?
