Good news for those Clinton Hill residents who have grown tired of the temporary plywood construction fence that’s been up in front of Adrian Grenier‘s house for many months now. Turns out that LPC didn’t exactly fast-track approval of the iron fence design. All systems are go now, though, so look for some action before the holidays. In the meantime, keep your fingers crossed that the mirror-image house next door can be brought back from the dead.

  1. You people are all knuckleheads if you think Adrian Grenier actually lives/will ever live in Clinton Hill. He bought the house through/for his mother. She is a Corcoran broker. His name is just publicity for the house and nabe so she can re-sell it soon at a major profit.

  2. I heard Adrian Grenier was moving to Queens Blvd. Oh, sorry, mixing up Adrian with his Entourage alter-ego Vinnie Chase!

Has Adrian Grenier spent any time in his home since he bought it and started renovating it?

He has been doing the Hollywood circuit like mad.

I think he was back in New York for like 5 minutes at the end of the summer.

Other than that, not so much.

So, who watches his home when he isn’t there?

  3. I could not agree more, 1:24.

    You are absolutely right.

The Bed Stuy booster would have you believing Bed Stuy is similar to Sesame Street when actually the neighhood’s demographics and povery rate is much closer to that of South Central LA or the South Side of Chicago.

  4. People who claim that crime is no more likely in Bed Stuy than anywhere else in NYC do Bed Stuy a disservice. It’s transparent neighborhood-boosting bullsh*t. and thus makes all the (true) good things people say about Bed Stuy look like transparent neighborhood-boosting bullsh*t too.
