Townhouse design

Can someone recommend a designer to help sketch the design of a new building/townhouse? The idea is to draw within constraints of zoning and to scale. I am looking for a modern rendition of a historic brick townhouse.

Check out the new brick townhouse on 4th St, just east of 5th Ave in Park Slope. It’s the first house in from the corner on the north side of the street, opposite Prints Charming. Very “plain and simple” but with some nice elements including incredible window details. Get the address, then search to identify the owner who should be happy to lead you to the architect.

Hi there, I would strongly suggest Architensions. The principal there has significant modern design experience as he worked at Steven Holl (a contemporary start architect) before starting his own firm. I know he has done a few townhouse renovation in the Brooklyn area, so that may give you an idea of his capabilities. He has done a mezzanine work for me, and I have been very happy, as he also bring a full team of advisors/contractors to work thorugh all the various city approvals.
