Need a licensed land surveyor...

we are having a property dispute with the neighbors behind us as to the back corner of our lot.  We need to get a licensed surveyor to come in and tell us the official land lines.  There are no land lines on any city websites, we have checked zoning and buildings commish.  311 told us to get a surveyor but we can not find any on google, only autocad or architects who dont do this work… Does anyone know of a land surveyor in Brooklyn to recommend?  THanks.

Our neighbor is currently disputing the property line and has a survey from Boro Land Surveying. I have been trying to verify that Boro Land Surveying is a properly licensed land surveying firm and cannot locate their license online. They claim to have been in business for 33 years and don’t have an easily accessible license within the NYS licensing program. I’ve been using the official site to try and verify their license and cannot locate them: http://www.op.nysed.gov/opsearches.htm Does anyone know of a better way to search for their license and verify that they are actually licensed?

Third it. Vinny is terrific, honest, thorough, professional. Had dispute with neighbor, they did a complete from scratch resurvey with neighbor breathing down their neck the whole time. Was truly worth it.
