Bay Window Repair

Greetings  Brownstoners, Our Bay windows have taken a beating this past winter and it looks likt the wood is splintering and/or otherwise distressed. I need someone who can repair it before it gets worse. I reached out to Omar in the Navy Yard. Came by, checked it out but never heard back.Anyone have a suggestion?Thanks mucho.
