window repair - reliable & reasonable?

Looking for a window repair outfit to address problems with several basic windows in a rental property – don’t need high end or fancy — just someone reliable and reasonable. Any recommendations?

A great place to find reliable contractors is Angieslist.com. You have to pay a small fee, but it is so worth it to find the right contractor. You can then specify your area as well. You can call as many or as few on the list and read all the reviews before you decide who to call (or who not to call).
