Prewar pocket doors Install?

Looking to replace historic double pocket doors in my prewar 1910 apartment. Need to purchase the pocket doors and have them installed. Please recommend any carpenters or contractors or woodworkers!

So the easiest way to do this is a track on the bottom and rollers mortised into the bottom of the door. Finding doors the size of that opening may be an issue, so old doors, custom doors, or even modified old or new doors may be the way to go.

Beware, if you find someone who wishes to do top mounted on modern style hardware, johnson or stanley, the modern composite doors will not support their own weight when screwed to the hardware and the screws will pull out. The last time I conferred with the door guy who posts on here, he had so many calls regarding composite doors pulling away from their mounts, the he was thinking of finding a way to epoxy wood dowels into the composite doors so the screws can be attached to hold them.

Perhaps if you post your opening size, I can run this post by the door guy later and see what he says. I hear he is sort of busy and he may be reluctant to post himself.
