Our Marvins cost ~850/ea for 32in x 80in from Windowrama. You might try them.

Does anyone have experience with Andersen A series double hung windows?
If so, how are they holding up, and are you happy with their performance?
I’m doing brick-to-brick and can’t afford Kolbe’s. Am considering Andersen A’s as an affordable alternative.  My parlor fl opening’s are large, 42″x89″, and not sure how ‘Fibrex’ windows will hold up on those in particular.  I’ve heard too many negatives about Pella service, and Marvins are similar price range to Kolbes. I have good prices from Bklyn Window & Door on McDonald Ave, but would appreciate recs for a good installer too.

I am also interested in the answer to this question.  I had a quote to install 6 Kolbe windows.  $21,000 for the windows, $500 to submit plans to Landmark.  The windows look great, but unfortunately I cannot handle this type of expense at this time.
