Custom Screens

I have a casement window with 2 windows that open, one of which however is bolted shut with and air conditioner in it.  I would like to have a screen made so we can open up the other window w/o every bug in the neighborhood coming in.  I have emailed 2 places in the directory here, but if anyone has had any custom screens made, I would appreciate the recomendations.
