Bay Ridge Window & Door /Marvin Infinity questions

hey all, I just got a quote from Bay Ridge WIndow and Door for replacement windows. We’re not in an HD, and are planning to go with Marvin Ultrex Infinity windows (they’re fiberglass frames.) Our neighbors used Bay Ridge and the Infinity window and were very happy, but I’d love a second opinion from anyone who has direct experience with the contractor or the product. Basically looking for something I won’t need to worry about for a long time.

had a not great at all experience with Bay Ridge. Gave them a deposit. The window and door we ordered took 9 weeks instead of 3-4 they had told us. When we placed calls to check on the order they were rude and told us delays were “not their fault.” They would promise to call back and not do it… finally I sent an email that I was planning to call BBB and our window and door were installed within 2 days. I would never use them again.
