Recommend a good building maintenance company for a small 4-unit brownstone?

Can you gals/guys please help us (a small 4 unit brownstone) find a good maintenance company that handles the basics (trash, snow, periodic cleaning and minor fixes)? I am sure there must be tens of companies doing exactly that but for some reason we are not finding anything reasonable. Any good experiences anyone? thanks 🙂
