Matching old window molding/casing

We have one room in our Windsor Terrace wood-framed house that still has the original window molding. I would like to do something similar in other rooms, but I can’t find anything similar. I looked at Home Depot, Lowes, and Dykes, and didn’t see anything like it. I asked at Dykes and they said this doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve attached two pictures of the one room with the original molding. I would like to find something similar. Does anyone know where I could get something like this? Or, if it needs to be custom made, who does things like that and how much it costs? (Please ignore the cracks on the walls below the windw — that’s a story for a different day). Thanks.

Dykes is more expensive because they sub it out to Adriatic. No need to search for places to make a knife or cut the wood. Adriatic does both in house. Go straight to them. www.curatedny.com

All good advice. We had a custom knife made from an outfit in the midwest and our contractor found someone with a shop willing to actually cut the molding after much hunting around. It’s difficult to do the wide profiles without the right tools. Costs about $250 or $300 just for the knife, depending on its intricacy, never mind the wood and cutting. Adriatic is a fine idea. Dykes will do it too, but if I’m not mistaken, it’s even more expensive.

minimum charge at Adriatic for this kind of work will be about $500\. I did not get to see the pic, but if it is to be painted, it will be poplar. so figure a hundred feet or so will be about 600-700 maybe a tad more. the last job I had them do custom was a very wide rift sawn oak molding and a 110 feet of the stuff came out to 1,000\. steve
