What is the average DEP water bill for a 3 story brownstone with 4 occupants?

I noticed my bill going up and checked usage. Actual usage has steadily climbed every month by about 800 cubic feet since 2017 – strange since this doesn’t correspond to seasonal (garden watering) or occupancy changes.
