Ming Green Herringbone Tile: Grout, Sealant, Tile Setter

My husband and I decided on 35 sq ft of this mosaic tile for our backsplash but now I’m a bit lost as where to go next. For grout, I see that people often use Delorean Grey with this tile but I’m wondering if there are other options. In particular, would it be crazy to go very dark with the grout, since I’d like to emphasize the pattern?
(The attached photo isn’t terribly representative of the color; the tile is quite a bit greener and paler than the photo shows, though there are elements of grey, white and some yellow).

Also looking for any experiences, good or bad, with color enhancing sealant…

 And not to wear out my welcome but if you have a recco for a tile setter, I’d most appreciate it. I’ve reached out to Rob Mara but am awaiting a response. Mentor of Altina Tile has given us a quote of $500 and one day but with nothing with which to compare it, I’m not confident yet.

color enhacing can be really great. You have to be careful when using them, they are most solvent based, wich relase quite a bit of VOCs into your place, and can also stain other materials, like wood, grout, tiles os stone countertops, with no way of removing it. I’ve gotten some good results using dark grout with color enhancers, you just have to be careful and follow the directions. Black epox is great, too BTW good luck

Just a note about black grout, it can appear chalky.  Your tile setter should be able to create some samples for you.
