Basic STAR - School Tax Relief, Do I need to re-appy?

I don’t remember re-applying last year and I still got the discount. However, looking at the tax form this year I can’t find if I need to apply by the March 15 deadline or not. Help please? Thanks.

I wasn’t sure either, so I just re-applied, I guess it doesn’t hurt…but, I saw that afterwards: 9\. DO I NEED TO REAPPLY EVERY YEAR IF THERE ARE NO CHANGES? l Basic STAR: No. Finance will check your income yearly with the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance to make sure your combined household income (owners residing at the property) is less than $500,000.
